1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
11/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
6 onces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Boil spinach and artichoes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minut or until hot and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.
It's pretty simple and very tasty

Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame. Serve with bagel chips.Any simple recipes for hot spinach and aritchoke dip?
SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
1 large sour cream
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 jar artichoke (puree)
1 envelope savory herbs with garlic
1 bag shredded Italian cheese
In a medium to large saucepan, heat the sour cream add the frozen spinach (does not need to be thawed). When both are heated and mix well add the jar of pureed artichoke, mix well add 1 envelope of Savory Herbs with Garlic; mix well.
Add the whole bag of shredded cheese and mix well. When the cheese is melted and well blended, remove from heat.

Funny that's exactly how I make mine. It's a great recipe. I also have stuffed my jerk chicken breast with this dip and it's a fabulous contrast and very low carb.
