salt and pepper
4 loaves of pita bread
Directions
Grate onion, either with a food processor or by hand.
Finely chop cilantro and parsley.
Mix together onion, cilantro, parsley, spices, and meat until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. If the meat is too dry to hold together, add a few tablespoons of water.
Take a large spoonful (about 2-3 tablespoons) of meat and form into a small log, about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until all meat is used up.
Cook the kebabs in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, turning so that they are browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes. Kebabs can also be pressed around skewers and grilled or broiled.

fettuccine alfredo...easiest pasta ever.....just cook the pasta as normal....cut the chicken into bite size portions and cook in a skillet with some garlic, salt, and pepper...then pour some milk into the pan once you take the chicken out, and stir Parmesan cheese into the milk in small handfuls over medium heat until it gets thick enough to coat the bottom of the spoon. toss in the cooked noodles and chicken, then you're done.
my favorite easy meal is beans and rice with cornbread
Hi!This is really simple!
You will pork prime ribs,2 medium potatoes,2 carrots and 1/2 onion.
1. Boil enough water to cover the above ingredients.
2.While waiting for the water to boil, soak the ribs with hot water for about 3-5 mins(discard the water after that). Cut the potatoes and carrots into bite size and the onion into wedges.
3.When the water boils, put in the ribs and onion(high heat). When water starts to bubble, turn down the heat and continue to boil for an hour.
4.Put in potatoes and carrots and continue boiling for another
30 mins.
If you like the ribs more tender, just boil for another 30-45mins(before you add in the potatoes and carrots).Remember to check that all ingredients are covered with water. If water is drying up,just add enough hot water to cover the food in pot. There is no need to add salt or any other seasonings. Just a dash of pepper if you like it hot!
Hope you like this soup dish! Enjoy!
Chicken Piccata
Flour the chicken and fry in frying pan with sliced mushrooms about 5 minutes or until first side cooked. Turn and add a little white wine. Burn off the wine and add capers, chicken stock, a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and a little butter to thicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked. Serve over rice
Is very simple to make. If pressed for time pound out the chicken so it cooks faster.
To make the chicken stock add chicken boullion to boiling water and thicken with corn starch
All those other things take alot of time too. If you want the taste of lasagna but not the work(those flat noodles are the worst), you can make moscacholli. Look for the noodles in the store, make a meat sauce or buy a jar of Ragu that you have added a Tablespoon of sugar, mix cooked noodles and meat sauce with an Italian mix shredded cheese, sprinkle the top with cheese as well. Put in oven for 20-30 mins and serve with garlic bread and salad.
here is something that I do all the time when I don't really have much time, or don't know what to do, but have odd and end ingredents!

There are lots of simple recipes you could try. These are some of my favourites. They both take less than half an hour to make.
Risotto. (serves 4)
Essential ingredients - One onion, one clove of garlic, 250g risotto rice, one chicken or vegetable stock cube dissolved in 900ml boiling water
Optional additions - one glass of white wine, grated cheese - parmesan is best, cooked chicken or turkey, bacon or pancetta, celery, green beans, mushrooms, cabbage, baby corn, peas - anything else you fancy
Chop one onion and a clove of garlic quite small, and put in a large pan with a little oil to soften. Add the rice, and stir to coat it. Wait until it just starts to sizzle, then add the wine (if using) - or a ladle of the stock. Stir it at least every couple of minutes, and when it is absorbed add some more. Do this gradually until you've used all the stock. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
You can serve it like this, but what I do is add any ingredients that need cooking, like bacon or vegetables at the beginning with the onions, and anything that doesn't - like cooked chicken and cheese at the end. A knob of butter added at the end really enhances the flavour. Once you have the basic recipe you can make this as simple, complicated, healthy or unhealthy as you like.
Pizza
Essential ingredients - One cup of self raising flour, one tablespoon butter (or other spread), approx 1/2 cup of milk, tomato puree or pizza topping.
Optional additions - cheese, garlic, anything else you fancy.
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the butter if it is soft - if it isn't melt it before adding. Start to mix it with a fork, then gradually add the milk until you have a dough. Knead it the minimum amount to make it smooth - no more. Spread it onto a baking stray until fairly thin - it will rise a little when cooked. Add the tomato puree, then any toppings you want. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
I like to add some garlic puree, oregano and salt to the dough - it gives it a really good flavour. You can also use this base for garlic bread - just spread garlic butter over halfway through cooking.
