Simple recipes?

Anyone know a good website that has really easy simple dinner recipes?Simple recipes?
I know just the place. Allrecipes.com. They have a special section called ';Dinner in an Instant';. Each recipe is reviewed by real people, so you know what you're getting into beforehand. I love it! Hope that helps, and happy cooking!Simple recipes?

SIMPLE SHRIMP TO DIE FOR





1 1/2 lb medium/large shrimp (31-35 per lb)


3 cups cooked long grain rice (no instant or boil in bag!)


3/4 to 1 stick butter (no substitutions)


Mrs. Dash seasoning - original


1 small or 1/2 large lemon





Peel and wash shrimp. Drain/chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.


Melt butter in large saute/fry pan on high heat. Add shrimp, sprinkle Mrs. Dash over shrimp and toss until the shrimp are pink. Do not overcook.





Squeeze lemon over shrimp - toss again. Toss in rice - mix well and serve.





Great with a Caesar salad and cheese toast.

SIMPLE TATOR-TOT CASSEROLE





1/2 1 lb beef


1 can green beans


1 can corn


2 12oz. cans cream of chicken/mushroom


1/2 cup water


enough Tator-tots to cover the top of dish


shredded cheddar cheese





Brown the beef (preferably 7% fat or less). Place the beef into the bottom of a 13x9x2 in. casserole/baking dish.


Combine green beans, corn, cream of chicken/mushroom, and water in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the beef.





Arrange the Tator-tots to cover the mixture.





Bake in a 350掳F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until Tator-tots are lightly browned. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes.





Let cool on wire rack for 5 minutes, then serve!

SIMPLE RANCH CHICKEN BREASTS





4 boneless skinless chicken breasts


1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (plus some extra for pan)


3 tablespoons of Hidden Valley dry Ranch Dressing mix





Pre-heat oven to 375掳.


Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray, then coat pan with extra bread crumbs.





Mix dry Ranch Dressing with the 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs, then coat both sides of chicken breasts with the mixture.





Place in pan and cook anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on your oven.

REALLY SIMPLE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU





boneless skinless chicken breasts


ham


swiss cheese


your choice of shake 'n bake





This dish is different in that the chicken is not pounded or rolled up. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are recommended. However many you want or need. Use any type of Shake 'n Bake: Barbecue Glaze, Original, Extra Crispy, or Hot 'n Spicy (recommended).


Heat the oven to 400F掳.





Coat the breasts with the Shake 'n Bake, and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool somewhat.





Slice them in half, and add a slice or two of thin ham and a slice of Swiss cheese. Put the other half back on top. Return them to the oven for another 5 minutes or so.





Serve as-is or top them with your favorite gravy or sauce

SIMPLE SALMON FILLET





Salmon fillet - 4 1/2 to 6 oz. per person (adult)


Drinkable dry white wine


butter


Salt


Garlic powder or cloves of garlic, pressed





Put fish on broiler pan. Splash liberally with wine. Season with butter, salt and garlic. Bake 7-8 minutes per pound fish (powder pink color). Then, BROIL until color you like (brown, to a crisp, etc.).

EASY BEEF AND POTATO SKILLET DINNER





Slice potatoes thin and place in skillet. Brown hamburger and onions and drain off grease. Mix. Add 1 can Cheddar cheese soup and 1 can water. Add to above and let simmer. Serve with a salad.

EASY ITALIAN PORK DINNER





4 (4 oz.) pork chops


1/4 c. Italian salad dressing


2 tbsp. oil


4 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced


1 sm. onion, sliced


2 tbsp. butter


2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing


1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese





Marinate pork chops in 1/4 cup salad dressing in baking dish for 3 hours. Brown in oil in skillet. Return to marinade. Layer potatoes and onion over chops. Dot with butter. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.

ONE EASY DINNER





Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter one 9 x 13 inch dish and pour in one cup rice.





1 can cream of chicken soup


1 can water


1 pkg. onion soup mix





Pour 2/3 of this mix over the rice. Place eight (8) chicken pieces on top and pour remaining mix over the chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.

EASY CHICKEN (CASSEROLE) DINNER





3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches frozen


2 c. sliced cooked chicken or 3 chicken breasts


2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup


1 c. mayonnaise


1 tsp. lemon juice


1/2 tsp. curry powder


1/2 c. grated processed cheese


1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs





Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain. Arrange stalks on greased 9x13 inch pan. Place chicken on top.


Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated.
