What are some simple recipes that I can freeze?

I am a working parent and like to make batches of meals and freeze them, but my meals are always the same and a little boring. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help! What are some simple recipes that I can freeze?
We do a lot of Saturday cooking. My hubby is a chef and works for a Hospice Home, so he runs circles around me in the kitchen! We did something totally awesome a couple of weeks ago. We bought a huge amount of ground beef and chicken. We made filling for sloppy joes, made a skillet casserole (It is a Campbells' soup recipe) and made a few hamburgers. We cooked the chicken and put some up in the freezer to make chicken salad or stir fry. Buy your meat in bulk at either Sam's/Costco or at WalMart and do some research and not be afraid to try new recipes. I have found some really good keepers lately on recipezaar.com and some of my cookbooks. Hope this helps you! What are some simple recipes that I can freeze?
