Have the children spread soft cream cheese on the spinach leaves with a plastic knife. Drop peanuts onto cream cheese and roll the spinach leave up and eat. Be sure that no one has an allergy. *** Soft Pretzels ***
2 - 16 oz. loaves frozen bread dough
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon water
Coarse salt
Separate thawed bread into 24 - 1 1/2'; balls. Roll each ball into a rope 14 1/2'; long. Have children plan and design pretzel shapes (letters or numerals). Put pretzels one inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Let stand for 20 minutes and brush with combined egg white and water. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Place a shallow pan containing 1'; of boiling water on bottom rack of oven; bake pretzels at 350 degrees on rack above water for 20 minutes or until golden brown. I hope you like it I used to make it with my kids in the preschool they absolutly loved it!

Wash celery and cut up into 4 inch lengths, spread peanut butter on celery and put several raisins on each one

Take a banana and peel it. Cut it in half so you have two equal parts. Place a Popsicle stick in the flat end. Pour honey onto a paper plate. Roll the banana in honey until it is fully coated. Proceed to sprinkle either wheat germ or granola on the banana.
