Healthy, simple recipes a teen can take to school?

I'm trying to get together a shopping list of things for healthy stuff to make and take to school (i'm in highschool) for lunch. I really like cooking, and prefer taking things i cooked over sandwichs and things like that. Does anyone have some recipes they could share(preferably something easy that doesn't need to be heated)?Healthy, simple recipes a teen can take to school?
wraps are a good way to go. You can put anything in them, chicken breast, chicken salad, meats, etc. The trick is to take your items separately, not wrap it at home. Tomatoes and lettuce may wilt in the wrap so wrap them in plastic wrap and put your wrap together at school.Healthy, simple recipes a teen can take to school?
What about spinach mushroom quiche. You can find tons of recipies for it and it is yummy cold.
tabbouleh - this Mediterranean grain salad is available in the rice/pasta aisle of most grocery stores, is high in protein, low in fat, and the dressing is olive oil based, so it needs little refrigeration (and would hold up just fine in a ';lunchbox'; or one of those thermal lunch bags).

buy a package mix, and prepare according to package directions it the day before. dice up veggies (like cucumber, red yellow or green bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, olives, anything you like) so that you have about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of each, total maybe 1.5 cups veg. zest one lemon, use juice from that lemon plus 2-3 table spoons extra virgin olive oil and whisk together with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper to taste, and some fresh herbs like mint, oregano, flat leaf parsley, or basil. pour this dressing over the prepared tabbouleh and veggies, toss %26amp; refrigerate over night.

one package makes quite a bit, but it lasts for a while and you could eat on this for a week of lunches. its quite tasty with pita bread, and if you have a place to refrigerate it, feta cheese.

and - it is interesting to look at, so its a conversation starter too... you never know who you might meet while eating something this exotic! bon appetite!
You can make homemade trial mix. It tastes so goooood! Try adding your own spices to jazz it up. Trust me. You'll love it.
Make a chef salad, some soup in a thermos, make some homemade granola (foodnetwork.com).
