ARTICHOKE DIP:

* 8 oz artichoke hearts

* 8 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese (not Kraft)

* 8 oz whipped cream cheese

* 2 tbsp Hungarian paprika (sweet variety)

-Mix in large bowl. I don't recommend blending this in a food processor, as artichoke heart leaves are best in larger pieces.

-Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbling with brown edges.

-Cool and serve with sliced baguette, carrots and celery, or crackers.

I love salsa and cream cheese. Just get a block of cream cheese and put it in a plate and pour salsa over it. Serve with tortilla chips.

Also - get two packs of cocktail weenies and 1 large jar of grape jelly and one jar of chili sauce. Mix it all together in the crock pot and let simmer for a couple of hours.

Buy a package of Lit'l smokies. Roll each one with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Put into a baking dish and cover generously with brown sugar (light or dark). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. That's all there is too it and they are yummy!!
Of course we can. I do this every year. The first year I made really good things, and the guys didn't appreciate my effort - so I simplified.

1. Spinach bread dip. The recipe is on the back of Knorr's veggie soup mix. Basically it's just a container of sour cream, a large dollop of mayo and the soup mix. Let it sit for an hour and you're set.

2. Baked buffalo chicken wings. I don't like to fry too much-scared of popping grease. Get a bag of wings and season while frozen with about 3 tbsp. each hot sauce and seasoning salt. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes on non stick foil paper. Toss in a mixture of equal parts butter and hot sauce. Serve with bleu cheese dressing, carrots and celery.

3. Taco cups always go over well. I think it's Tostidos that make the mini tortilla chip cups. I always have some leftover frozen chili in the freezer, but you can use your favorite brand or make some. Fill the cups about 1/2 way with chili then almost to the top with taco seasoned cheddar cheese. Bake on 400 until the cheese melts. Serve with a mixture of sour cream and salsa. I would say a 2:1 mixture. I like to season mine with a little salt and pepper.

4. Mini meatball parm sandwiches. Meatballs is another thing I always have in my freezer (I constantly overcook). But you can buy them frozen in the supermarket. I buy sauce, rolls and cheese. I assemble all the hot items and double wrap them in foil paper. I bake them at 400 for about 10 minutes. I generally do them in batches of 10. Then I put them in a crock pot to keep hot.

5. My final contribution will be garbage bread. You need to go to a larger supermarket for this and/or your local pizza shop. You need 4 slices each capicolla, prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni. Roll out a ball of pizza dough until it's really thin. Put on the capicolla, then mozz cheese, prosciutto, mozz cheese, you get the point. You dont want a thick layer of anything. Roll it up and back at 400 for about 25 minutes. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before you cut it open. If you like serve with sauce.
what about sausage balls those are always a big hit in my house on super bowl day or any weekend party really . If you will email me I will share the recipe and it is super easy .
