Simple Pies.
Pasta is always an easy one and most people have the ingredients. You can toss your pasta with a little olive oil, Parmesan cheese and basil (fresh or dried) or make a simple sauce with canned tomatoes, onion (dried, fresh or powder), garlic (dried fresh or powder) and Italian seasoning.
You could also do a pasta salad with Italian salad dressing, olives, lunch meat, cheese, etc.
Don't want to cook that much? Grilled cheese is yummy and easy!
