JMDoes anyone know any simple recipes using orange juice?
You can make a great orange chicken. Just sautee some chicken breasts or chicken pieces, add some apricot jam and orange juice, some onion and maybe red peppers, salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice or potatoes.

Or you can make a great dressing for salads by mixing the juice with some olive oil and spices.

Orange juice can even be used in baking cakes and muffins.
You could make this recipe-
