INGREDIENTS:
* 2 pounds semisweet chocolate chips
* 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
* 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 2 cups white sugar
* 8 eggs
* 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour four 8x8 inch baking pans.
2. Place the chocolate chips and the coffee granules in a double boiler over simmering water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs two at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, then mix in the melted chocolate. Mix in flour until just blended. Divide the batter equally into the prepared pans, and spread smooth.
4. Bake for 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the edges pull from the sides of the pans. Cool on a wire rack. Cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours. Cut the cold brownies into bars to serve.

Brownies
1/3 cup of hot water
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1 cup of sugar
1 stick or 陆 cup of margarine
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
录 teaspoon of salt
Frosting
陆 cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
陆 cup of powdered sugar
Add the 1/3-cup of water to a medium size saucepan.
Turn the heat to low and add the instant coffee.
Stir until the coffee crystals are dissolved and then add the sugar and margarine, stirring continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips.
Stir the mixture until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Whip in the eggs one at a time to the mixture and stir until completely blended together.
Stir in the baking powder and salt.
Add the flour to the mixture and blend together well.
Pour the brownie mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean and dry.
Cool the brownies completely before frosting.
Use a small heavy saucepan to prepare the frosting.
Add the whipping cream and instant coffee to the saucepan and turn the heat to low.
Stir until the coffee is dissolved.
Add 1-cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cream mixture, and stir until smooth and creamy.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the powdered sugar.
Blend together well and place the frosting in the refrigerator to cool, checking and stirring occasionally.
When the frosting is cool enough to touch, frost the top of your brownies.

I haven't tried it. I just know you can add espresso, or coffee to a lot of cakey desserts, mostly chocolate desserts. I don't know what capacity to add it, though, so you should probably scan for recipes.
