You would be amazed at the variety, use any recipe search and type in One Dish Dinners - the possibilities are boggling - you can even make 1 pan lasagna with out an oven. Try Recipe Zaar.com and AllRecipes.com. Most start by cooking the meat, set aside cook rice/pasta/potato and add meat back or cook meat 1/2 way add rice/pasta/potato add sauce, vegetables, cheese cover and cook. Chilli is really easy to make, you will need...
2 regular sized cans of chilli beans (15 3/4 oz. or something)
1 regular sized packet of williams chilli seasoning (the package says it seasons 2 lbs of meat but after you add everything else it's perfect!
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 large white onion
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 lb. of hamburger or 16oz. of veggie crumbles(bocca or morning star farms makes them and they make for excellent low fat chilli, I'm talking 1200 calories and 6 grams of fat for an entire pot that serves 10!)
Combine ';meat'; and onions in a pot and brown, or in the case of veggie crumbles defrost together over high heat. If you use veggie crumbles they may stick to the pan, don't worry this is normal. Once the wet ingredients are added it will all come off. If you use real meat you will need to drain off extra grease, then add all other ingredients. Continue to stir and cook on high until hot and it's pretty much ready to eat, although it's better the next day like all good chilli. This recipe only takes 30 minutes at the most, if you use veggie crumbles it only takes about 15. If you like it spicy add one regular sized can of rotel and 6 more ounces of meat(veggie or other) add salt to taste and you're done! If your pot is too small decrease everything by half, trust me this is really good! For thicker chilli drain beans, tomatoes and rotel. I personally only drain the beans.
