Get a few loaves of good bread, some flavored cream cheese, and some lunch meat..I like smoked turkey with garlic and herb cream cheese and honey ham on onion and herb cream cheese. Smoked salmon would be delicious as well. Get a few flavors of cream cheese and a few types of meat and mix-and-match. Add a green salad and some fruit kabobs and voila...instant buffet!

Try something different..........Lettuce Wraps.


You'll need 1 iceberg head of fresh lettuce,lunchmeat(ham,turkey,roastbeef,e鈥?br>

cheese(grated or sliced),toothpicks.


What to do.....


1.Peel off severa nice sized lettuce leaves off of the lettuce.


2.On the bottom,put the cheese on,followed by the meat(use about 2-2 1/2 slices)then put more cheese on top.


3. Roll lettuce up so everything is closed inside,


stick with toothpicks to hod together.

I saw hewit yesterday and he did club sandwiches using smoked salmon, lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber and egg and mayo.
